Extended period for compliance with evaporated milk requirements

The Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality has published Ministerial Decree No. 498/2023 on evaporated milks. The Decree gives the producers and importers a six-months transitional period to comply with Egyptian standard ES 8739, which specifies the essential requirements for evaporated milk for the purpose of direct consumption or other manufacturing operations.
