Ministry of Agriculture presents draft amendment to the Technical Regulation "Confectionery Products"

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry has published a draft amendment to the Government Decision No. 204/2009 related to "Confectionery Products". The draft transposes the EU Directive 2000/36/EC and incorporates Codex Stan 87-1981 (amended in: 2016, 2022) concerning the Standards for Chocolate and Chocolate Products and Codex Stan 105-1981 (amended in: 2010, 2013, 2016, 2022) for cocoa powder and dry cocoa and sugar blends.
