Mexican Supreme Court states: FOPNL is constitutional

On April 8th, the Supreme Court of Mexico declared the constitutionality of front-of-pack nutritional labeling (FOPNL) and stated that it does not violate the freedom of trade and could help with the protection of the health of minors.
This follows after multiple companies in Mexico had filed an injunction to avoid the possible implementation of such a system.
