New standard on butter and clarified butter

The General Directorate of Food and Control has published a Turkish Food Codex standard on "Butter" and "Clarified Butter". This standard covers product characteristics of butter and clarified butter in order to ensure that they are produced, prepared, processed, transported, stored, and supplied to the market.
