New Draft Standard on Cream and Kaymak

The General Directorate of Food and Control has published for comments the Draft Standard for Cream and Kaymak. The proposed standard set requirements for production, preparation, process, transportation, storage and supply of Cream and Kaymak to the Turkish market.

Deadline for submission of comments is 15 May 2024.
