Amended labelling requirements for some food products not for direct sale

With Public Notice No. 254, the Polish Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued the consolidated text of the Ordinance of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of May 27, 2009 establishing requirements for the labelling of certain food products not intended for direct consumer use, as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of December 5, 2016.
Reference to food acid casein, food rennet casein and food caseinates not intended for direct sale to consumers has been removed from the consolidated text of the Ordinance, which is given in the Annex to the Notice.
