The Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology (MOIAT) has published the "GCC Technical Regulation for Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) — Specification". The Technical regulation provides minimum specifications for wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) grains intended for human consumption, which are the subject of international trade. The Technical regulation also applies to the local wheat trade. The document is an identical adoption of ISO 7970:2021.
