Draft Technical Regulation on Cumin

The Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology (MOIAT) has published the Draft Technical Regulation for Cumin. The Technical Regulation applies to cumin offered for direct consumption, as an ingredient in food processing, or for repackaging if required. It excludes cumin intended for industrial processing. The document is an identical adoption of Codex Standard CXS 327-2017.
