New draft standard on fortified wheat flour

The Malawi Bureau of Standards has published the "DMS 30:2023, Fortified wheat flour – Specification". The draft Malawi standard specifies the requirements, test methods and sampling for fortified wheat flour prepared from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) or club wheat (Triticum compactum Host), or their mixtures intended for human consumption.
