INEN Draft standard on determination of non-fat milk solids in chocolate products

The Ecuadorian Standardization Service (INEN in Spanish) has published draft NTE INEN 539 (2nd revision) - "Chocolates and chocolate products - Determination of non-fat milk solids by calculation".
This standard describes the indirect measurement method to determine by calculation the content of non-fat milk solids in milk chocolate or milk chocolate products.
