The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KBS) has published the Draft Standard "DARS 1096:2023, Milk Powders and Cream Powder - Specification". The Draft African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for milk powders and cream powder intended for direct consumption or further processing.
