New draft standard on reduced fat dairy ice cream and dairy ices

The Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) has published DEAS 1192: 2023 "Reduced fat dairy ice cream and dairy ices - Specification". This draft East African Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for reduced fat dairy ice cream and dairy ices intended for human consumption. It does not apply to products covered by EAS 70 (Dairy milk ices and dairy ice creams).
