New draft standard for lactose free milk

The Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) has published the "DEAS 1193: 2023, Lactose free milk - Specification". The Draft East African Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for lactose free milk intended for direct human consumption or for further processing.
