New draft standard on Soup stock

The Kenya Bureau of Standards has published a new draft standard DKS2308:2023 Soup stock medium ― Specification. This Kenya Standard specifies the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for Soup stock.
It also includs compositional and quality requirements as well as packing and labeling.
