Draft amendment on the Sanitary Technical Standard for Processed Foods

The Regulatory, Control and Surveillance National Agency (ARCSA in Spanish) has published a Partial reform of Sanitary Technical Standard for Processed Foods (Resolución Nro. ARCSA-DE-2022-016-AKRG) published in Official Gazette No. 234 of January 20, 2023. The amendment refers to Section VI "Sanctions".
The proposal is open for comments until December 12, 2023.
