The Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) has published the Draft standard "DRS 50-11: 2023, Cheese — Specification Part 11: Feta cheese".
The Working Draft standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for feta cheese intended for direct human consumption or for further processing.
