FSA opens Consultation on New Regulatory Framework for Precision Breeding

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has open a consultation on the proposals for a new regulatory framework for precision breeding in England.
The intention is to collect stakeholders’ views on the proposals for establishing a new framework for the regulation of food and animal feed produced from Precision Bred Organisms (PBOs).
The consultation will close on 8 January 2024.
