New draft standard on wheat for industrial use

The Decentralized Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology and Technical Regulations (SENCAMER in Spanish) has published the draft Venezuelan Standard COVENIN 5030:2023 "Wheat for Industrial Use. Requirements".
This standard establishes the requirements to be met by wheat grain for industrial use in order to determine the criteria for classification by grade and quality.
Methods of inspections, samples analysis procedure and requirements for transportation are also included in the proposal.
The draft is open to public consultation until the 21st of December 2023.
