New draft standard on Dried Garlic

The Ministry of Industry & Commerce has published the "Dried Garlic, ICS: 67.220.10". The standard applies to garlic in its dried or dehydrated form as spices or culinary herbs, offered for direct consumption, as an ingredient in food processing, or for repacking if required. The standard does not apply to products intended for industrial processing.
