USDA issues Standard for Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Blend

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has issued a standard for frozen mixed vegetables (whole green beans, broccoli florets, sliced carrots), which will be implemented from the date of publication.
The standard set forth requirements for grade, style designation and size, proportion of ingredients, packaging and labeling, among others.
