New Technical Regulations on Milk and Milk Products safety are in force

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEU) has published the Amendment to the Technical Regulations of the "Milk and dairy product safety", which has officially came into force with an implementation transition period of 180 days.
The amendment to the technical regulations clarifies the definitions of recovered milk, dairy ice cream, and condensed milk processing by-products. It revises the sensory and physical and chemical index requirements of drinking milk, recovered milk, fermented dairy products, high-fat cream, whey powder, instant milk powder, fresh fermented milk, etc.
