New draft standard on edible coconut oil

The Kenya Bureau of Standards has published standard DEAS 1168:2023 Edible coconut oil – Specification. This draft East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for virgin and refined coconut oil derived from the kernel of the coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) intended for human consumption.
