MFDS issues Guidelines for Submission of Provisional Standards for Food Raw Materials

The Korea Food and Drug Safety Evaluation Institute has published the "Guidelines for submitting materials for provisional standards and specifications for food ingredients (Guideline for Civil Petitioners)", which will be implemented from the date of release.
Scope includes: new agricultural products, livestock products, aquatic products, extracted, concentrated and separated as raw materials to be used as food for the first time, processing and production; Are Remains excluded: raw materials with medicinal effects, minerals, herbs and their products and other substances that may cause harm to human body.
