New Draft Standard on Ground Thyme Mixture

The Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology (MOIAT) has published the "GCC Technical Regulation for Ground thyme mixture (Zaatar)".
The Gulf standard provides the requirements for ground thyme mixtures prepared for human consumption. Thyme mixtures for industrial purposes are excluded from the application of the standard.
