Comments period extended for the new advertising and labelling regulation

With Notice No. 3776 of 2023 the Government of South Africa has extended the deadline for comments to the "Draft regulations realting to the advertising and labeling of foodstuffs (NO.R.3337 of 21 April 2023), published under the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 1972 (Act 54 of 1972)" for a period of 2 months, until September 21, 2023.
