Draft standard on Wheat flour published

The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) has published the "DUS DARS 470: 2023, Wheat flour — Specification, First edition".

The draft standard specifies the requirements, test methods and sampling for wheat flour prepared from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) or club wheat (Triticum compactum Host), or their mixtures intended for human consumption.
