Draft amendment to the Functional Food Code published by MFDS

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has published a notification to solicit public opinion on the amendments to the Health Functional Food Code.
The amendment provides precautions for consumption, specifications, and daily intake amounts for nine functional ingredients, including Coenzyme Q10, Squalene, Conjugated Linolenic Acid, NAG, Oat Dietary Fiber, Inulin/Chicory Extract, Chitosan/Chitooligosaccharide, Garcinia Cambogia Extract and Aloe Gel.
