The Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce (MIFIC) of Nicaragua has published for public consultation the "Central American Technical Regulation: NTON/RTCA 67.4.79:23 Dairy Products. Yogurt (Yogurt, Yogurth, Yoghurt, Yogourt). Specifications for adoption in national regulations".
The regulation is aimed at establishing specifications for yoghurt and applies to yoghurt intended for direct human consumption or for further processing.
