NHC publishes 5 draft ingredient, additive and fortification standards

People’s Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Standards Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the National Health Commission (NHC) published an announcement soliciting domestic public comments on five national food safety standards for food nutrition fortifiers, food additives, protein testing, dairy powder, and modified dairy powder.
