National Health Commission: 3 novel foods and food additives assessed

The National Health Commission published the evaluation of 2 substances as new food raw materials, including bilberry anthocyanin and 6 new substances as food additives including L-selenium, methylselenocysteine 6, adipic acid polymers, 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol and p-tert-butylbenzoic acid.
