The National Agro – Forestry – Fisheries Quality Assurance Department published an standards on Frozen tuna - Specifications. This standard specifies the technical requirements on frozen tuna products for direct consumption or for pre-processing of yellowfin tuna (Thunus albacares) and bigeye tuna (Thunnus obesus).
