Transitional requirements for amendments to technical regulations on dairy products

The Board of Directors of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEU) established transitional provisions for the amendment of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the safety of milk and milk products", which were adopted by Decision of the Council of the Commission on September 23, 2022 No .143.
The amendment will be implemented for a transitional period of 180 days, during which the conformity assessment documents that meet the requirements set out in the technical regulation on“Milk and Dairy Products Safety” issued before 22 September 2023 will be valid.
During the transition period, dairy products that meet the requirements of technical regulations are allowed to be produced and circulated within the shelf life.
