The Ministry of Health and Welfare published a draft for the restrictions of use and labeling requirements of trans-resveratrol produced by genetically modified Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain EFSC4687 as a Food Ingredient. This draft regulation specifies the use restrictions and labeling requirements for the trans-resveratrol produced by genetically modified Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain EFSC4687 for food purposes.
