Health Food Labeling Rules amendment project

Japan's Consumer Affairs Agency issued Proposal 235070040 to revise the labeling regulations on health food. The main contents of the revision include:
- The scope of products applicable to the regulations is clearly defined as food under tablet and capsule form;
- New categories of health effects allowed to be claimed by health food, including prevention of cognitive impairment, improvement of immunity, promotion of metabolism, etc.;
