Revision of the Technical Regulation on the safety of milk and dairy products

The Eurasian Economic Union issued the draft revision of the Technical Regulation on The Safety of Milk and Dairy Products (TRCU033/2013). The main contents are as follows:
- 29 dairy products and code lists are provided, including infant formula, pasteurized and UHT milk and cream, etc.
- Imports of dairy products on this list must comply with both the product name and TNVED code. Products in the list are required to provide conformity assessment documents and declare that they meet the mandatory requirements of the Technical regulations on Milk and Dairy Product Safety (TRTS033/2013).
