MHLW published the amendment to the "Ordinance for compliance with the Food Hygiene Law" 0115 No. 1, which authorizes the use of 4 food additives(Ammonium Hydrogen Sulfite Water, Chitin-glucan, Dipotassium DL-Tartrate and Polyvinylimidazole - polyvinylpyrrolidone copolymers).
