New regulations for labeling of origin of bulk foods

In order to provide consumers with correct information, the Ministry of Health and Welfare recently established the "Bulk Food Labeling Regulation" for 20 agricultural, livestock and poultry products. The mandatory and standardized labeling of "origin (country)" information extends to all food vendors and will be effective from January 1, 2021.
