GCC Proposes New Standards on Multiple Dairy Food Products

The Gulf Standardization Organization has published the following draft standards related to provolone cheese and coulommiers (defined as in General Standard for Cheese, CXS283-1978):

  • DS GSO 05/DS/CAC 272/….. CAC 272/2020 Provolone Cheese: last date for comments is May 05, 2020

  • First Draft of Standards DS GSO 05/DS/CAC 274/….. CAC 274/2019 Standard for Coulommiers: last date for comments is April 23, 2020
