Acceptance Situation of Submission of Novel Food Additives in 2019

National Health Commission has accepted 56 applications of novel food additives (including the application of expanded usage of food additives) in 2019, including the domestic manufactured and imported products (starts with the same case number, unable to distinguish).
In 2019, 7 batches of novel food additives have been reviewed by CFSA and has been solicited public opinions in 2019. The solicitation situation of novel food additives are as follows:
