The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food publishes the Standards on the quality of vegetable oils, vegetable fats and mayonnaise. These standards establish the minimum quality requirements to be met by vegetable oil, vegetable fat and mayonnaise (hereinafter referred to as "products") and the labeling method.
