New varieties of food additives

The National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) published a draft amendment for the inclusion of three new varieties of food additives including a new variety of enzyme preparation lactase for food industry, new variety 2'-fucosyllactose for food fortification and cochineal red.
