Amendment on steviol glycosides

The National Food Commission (CONAL in Spanish) published a draft amendment on Steviol Glycosides in the Argentine Food Code.
The purpose of the amendment is to update Article 1398, on the quality and identity requirements of steviol glycosides:
- Glucósidos de esteviol de Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni (SIN 960a)
- Glucósidos de esteviol de fermentación (SIN 960b)
- Glucósidos de esteviol modificados con enzimas (SIN 960c)
- Glucósidos de esteviol glicosilados modificados con enzimas (SIN 960d)
