Operating permits for food businesses

The ARCSA published a draft technical regulation to categorize, codify and establish the requirements that establishments subject to sanitary surveillance and control must comply with, prior to the issuance of the sanitary operating permit by the National Agency of Regulation, Control and Sanitary Surveillance ARCSA (in Spanish), without prejudice to the other requirements contained in the rules governing each type of product or service provided by establishments subject to sanitary surveillance and control.
