Labeling standards for functional health foods

The Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announces (No. 2020-54 ) the partial revision of the Standards for Health Functional Food Labeling.
The aim of the revision is to provide accurate information on functional health foods to consumers, change the display position of allergens or allergens that may be mixed and improve the labeling method of functional ingredients, e.g., foods with probiotics.
