Partial revision of the Enforcement Regulations of Health Functional Foods Act

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) issued Notice No. 2024-127, proposing to amend part of the rules for the implementation of laws related to Health Functional Foods.
Operators with excellent results in the inspection and evaluation of compliance with the health functional foods manufacturing standards can be exempted from inspection and evaluation in the following year.
