The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has published Notice No. 2024-79, amending part of the “Regulations on Functional Ingredients, Standards and Specifications Certification of Health Functional Food”. The proposed amendment is on the return of application materials and processing of application materials: In order to simplify the review procedure of raw materials with audit experience, returns and withdrawals less than two years old are only reviewed and returned.
