The Secretariat of Health Quality and the Secretariat of Bioeconomy have published Joint Resolution 10/2024, which amends Article 923 of the Argentine Food Code to establish the list of authorized edible algae and the maximum levels of inorganic arsenic (Max 1.0 mg/kg).
