FDA amends health claims regulation

The Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has unveiled the Ministry of Public Health Notification (No. 447) B.E. 2566 regarding Health Claims of Food on Labels.
Requirements for functional claims are now removed from MOPH Notification regarding Nutrition Labeling and regulated under the new Notification.
