MFDS revises Standards for High-Calorie Foods with Low Nutritional Value

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Korea (MFDS) has published the Administrative Notice No. 2023-279, which partially revises the “Nutrition Standards for High-Calorie Foods with Low Nutritional Value” (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety Notice No. 2017-92, 2017.11.16), pursuant to Article 46 of the Administrative Procedure Act.
The draft is open for public comments until July 06, 2023.
