Maximum levels of Δ9-THC in hemp seeds and derived products

Regulation (EU) 2022/1393, published in August 2022, amending Regulation (EC) 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) in hemp seeds and derived products, has already entered into application. Although this regulation applies as of January 1, products legally placed on the market before that date may remain on the market until their preferential consumption.
